Why Is Obama & Dhs Withholding Probe Information Into Drunk Driver Who Killed Nun?

The inquiry is complete, but Homeland Security does not plan to make the results public, according to the senior official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak about the matter.
“It’s a document that includes law enforcement sensitivities, so it will not be made public,” the official said. He declined to discuss the nature of those sensitivities. In response to questions about the investigation’s conclusions, DHS spokesman Matt Chandler issued an e-mailed statement that said: “The Secretary’s Office has received the review of the circumstances by which the individual was released in 2008 and are in the process of looking over the findings. Due to the ongoing criminal matter at hand, it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
Told of the government’s decision to withhold the investigation’s results, Corey Stewart, chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, expressed outrage.
“Prince William County has never been more frustrated with the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Napolitano than it is right now,” said Stewart, who has been demanding, without success, that ICE detail how many illegal immigrants are being released into the community after they’ve been charged with crimes. “They say one thing and do another. They say they are going to do something and then backtrack.”
After Martinelly-Montano’s second drunken driving arrest in October 2008, ICE officials released him on his own recognizance while he was awaiting a deportation hearing. He was in regular touch with immigration officials, even as his hearing was delayed three times.
Martinelly-Montano lost control of his Subaru at 8 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 1, and collided head-on with the car bearing the nuns, who were on their way to a retreat at their Bristow monastery. In addition to Mosier’s death, the two nuns with her were critically injured.
Sister Charlotte Lange, 70, who was driving, is still hospitalized at a rehabilitation facility in Richmond but is expected to make a full recovery, according to Sister Cecilia Dwyer, prioress of the Benedictine Sisters.

Perhaps his entire administration and their activities that are anti American and integrity challenged.
I have never trusted him or his goons..They lie.
ICE Presents misleading deportation data Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director, John Morton, held a press conference to announce that in 2010 ICE had “removed more illegal aliens than in any other period in the history of our nation.” (DHS/ICE Press Release, Oct. 8, 2010) According to ICE’s deportation statistics, from October 2009 until September 2010, the agency deported 392,862 illegal aliens. (Los Angeles Times, Oct. 6, 2010) Roughly half of the deportations more than 195,000 were of criminal illegal aliens. However, Napolitano failed to mention that while the deportation of criminal illegal aliens has risen, the change in the total number of overall deportations is statistically insignificant. (Washington Post, Mar. 8, 2010) In fact, the number of deportations of non-criminal illegal aliens has decreased, reflecting not only the unwillingness of the Obama Administration to uniformly enforce U.S. immigration laws against both criminal and non-criminal illegal aliens, but also the Administration’s constant misrepresentation of immigration data to make it appear as if it is actually enforcing the law.
Napolitano attributes the increase in criminal deportations to the Secure Communities program (partnership between ICE and state and local law enforcement agencies that uses fingerprints to identify aliens who have been booked into state and local jails). (DHS/ICE Press Release, Oct. 8, 2010) However, while Secure Communities is a step in the right direction in enforcing our nation’s immigration laws, it is unclear whether the increase in the number of criminal alien deportations is completely attributable to the program. “Secretary Napolitano is giving herself and DHS a big pat on the back for stepping up enforcement without mentioning that the department is merely completing cases initiated under the previous administration, under policies that she and President Obama have aggressively dismantled since taking office.”

“Lots of reforms have been announced, lots of promises have been made” about immigration enforcement, “You just can’t know what the reality on the ground is” without this information. Interesting Homeland Security Napolitano does not know what to do with Diaz. What happens to American citizens who illegally use false Social Security numbers? Yes they are arrested and charged with a crime. But come here illegally and use the SS# of someone else and it is somehow justified by the libs. Where is the ACLU on this?

The answer is in the article
“It’s a document that includes law enforcement sensitivities, so it will not be made public,”
“DHS spokesman Matt Chandler issued an e-mailed statement that said: “The Secretary’s Office has received the review of the circumstances by which the individual was released in 2008 and are in the process of looking over the findings. Due to the ongoing criminal matter at hand, it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
There is no cover up. It’s an ongoing investigation.
