i have a blazer with a 6 disk changer, whenever i put a cd in, it says error with player. these cds worked perfectly fine last month and before. a little while ago, it would take a while for me to get a cd to work in it, i would have to insert it and eject it until it read the cds, but now it won’t play them at all.
i tried for two hours today to get it to work but it didnt. what do you think is wrong? any advice?
I downloaded a movie from demonoid.me and it “works” fine, i know this because i tried to play it through windows media player and the audio was there but not the picture. Is there a program that i need to play DVDs on my laptop?
Remember guys, I dont HAVE the dvd nor do I have a disc to burn the movie onto. I just have it on my comp in a file, and want to know what program I can use to watch it with

I have recently obtained a utility that converts DVD’s to mp4 files in order to play them on my PC. I used to use Handbrake which converted them to an m4v file and was able to sync them to my ipod. However when I try to sync these mp4 files it says that it cannot play these on my ipod because of the format. Is there anything I can do?

i play alot of games on my laptop computer… its a few years old, and it was working fine. but one day when i tried to play one of the same games i usually do, it wouldnt work and my cpu% went to max in a second. its really annoying because it just happened suddenly one day, now i cant play many of my games on it anymore… 
Its a windows XP
and i do use torrents, so maybe its a virus? but shaw secure has scanned the computer twice, and found nothing.
i was think of system restore back to when it was brand new, but will this fix it?
i dont have many background programs running, and i already configured my startup programs.
what can i do to lower my cpu and keep it low while playing games?

I have a boy emailing me on facebook that I haven’t had contact with in about 2 years because I shut him out, hoping he would change and I could change without him (well that and 1)he was moving to another state, 2)He was acting like a player on facebook but wanted to hide when he saw me while we went to the same high school, and 3)While he was acting like a ‘player’, a DAY after I ‘broke up’ (I no longer accept that he was really my boyfriend cause it just seemed like a fb thing) with him, he had three girls before he met this one girl in the new state he lives in, and he’s been with her for Idk how long. They both exchanged that they love each other publicly, and he’s never told that to a girl that I know of on fb, not even me, but he did say he missed me one time while they were together (pshh)). I know that during the two years I haven’t talked to him on phone or by facebook, but then again I believe I’ve had some contact with him at least twice with him trying to be sneaky and pretending to be somebody else on the phone, and 2)emailing me on facebook saying that he ‘missed me’. I ended up deleting his emails, sort of fell for the phone call though, but never got him to admit what his name was (though nobody else had pulled that type of prank on my phone, nor do they sound exactly like him). Now I recently got a friend request on facebook on my new facebook account since I’ve started college (which was this August), with a message saying he missed me. Is he just playing with me? Should I just ignore it? I mean, I wasn’t planning to tell him, but my family is moving to another state this june, and I don’t know if I should just tell him, let the grudge go and let myself have some fun and have him explain why he’s emailing me now. Guys, what is this guy thinking?

This is so sad, ive lived in my area for 20 years, and up to about 3 years ago every christmas day kids would be out on the green with their new toys, not even the snow brought them out this year.
gone are the days when children are let out to play. I do live in London so maybe that’s why. computer games must be the new toy.
