Senior Citizens-do You Want?

some peanut butter cookies?
Thought I get you here, If you remember yesterday about the question I ask “Are you ready for Halloween?” was deleted and the reason why was misuse of question. so I did appeal it and they denied it..So did you know that when you answer you also lose your 2 points? Yes, go to your answers and find the question you answers and if you can’t find it you lost your 2 points..I answer a question yesterday and could not find it, someone must have deleted it, so I assuming I lost my 2 points also..what your take on this?

Misuse of question? That’s odd. I would have thought it would be called “chat”. I’ve had many Q & A’s deleted & to tell you the honest truth – I don’t even keep up with the the silly points anymore.
“Do you want some peanut butter cookies”, will also get you a violation notice if someone decides to report it. Try to start your question with the words “Who, What, When, Where, Why, or How & you should get less reporting coming your way. Keep appealing & when in doubt, get curious & ask WHY….Why do seniors eat peanut butter cookies? See what happens. Good Luck.

Here’s how Yahoo works: You and I and many others spend many hours providing Yahoo with free intellectual property which they then sell to advertisers for money that they stick in their pockets to make themselves rich. In return for our work, we are given maybe eight or ten “points” per day. Whoopee! Then maybe one of our peers gives us a “best answer” award” of ten points, which brings our grand daily total to eighteen points. If we’re lucky. Then the nazi ignoramuses at Yahoo “penalize” us for several of our answers that they consider “violations,” and subtract thirty points from our total. Which leaves us with a net loss, making us, in the case of this example, twelve points worse off than we were at the beginning of the day.
Yahoo thinks this is a super-dooper system and that suckers like us can be relied upon to continue to play this game and make Yahoo rich indefinitely.

It used to be that you didn’t lose points on a deleted question. I’m not sure of those rules now.
I do know that questions that can be answered with a “yes / no” response are subject to deletion.
The reason being that they supposedly provide no “knowledge benefit.”
The points are easily made up by voting twice.
When at a question list in any category, go to the “In voting” tab & pick two questions in voting.
At level 6, you can vote on 150 answers a day. That’s a quick & easy way to gain points.

If your answer is not deleted but the question is, you still keep your two points. Yahoo is getting too sensitive.
Yesterday I answered a question saying that the only ppl I have blocked are Handybytch, Conan’s d**ick sucker, and msagawa old raggity sl*ut, and they had the audacity to delete my answer, when all I was doing was answering the question.

Nothing is the same i have been on here seven years, my profile says 2007 but if you can find the old yahoo profiles it will show you 2003..used to honest people here, more open..new profiles are closed even q&a’s..i see no reason for that cept to hide b.a.’s by the same avatars..just let it go and have fun. too many mpd’s here

My take on this is that first, I would love to have a peanut butter cookie. Love ‘em. Second, there are some people who just love going around and acting like the Yahoo/Answers Police. They’re always out on patrol. Love your questions by the way.

No thank you,not keen on sweet stuff.
You have cost us all two points then? as there is little doubt someone will report the question, they just can’t help themselves.
I didn’t know you lost points, plenty to spare and they are of no use

My take on this is that your peanut butter cookie question is trolling.

So you are the reason I keep losing my hard earned points. No peanut cookies for me. They make too much noise when I gum them in front of my girl friend.
